I’m a Wife, Mother, Writer, Empowered Living Coach, Speaker, and Truth-Teller.
And I get you, because I was you.
I loved being a wife and mother – and yet, I lost myself when I merged with these wonderful beings. Being a great mom to me meant being 100% available and engaged all the time. No class project was too small, if there was an opportunity to drive, volunteer, chair a committee or make a craft I was in my element!
Keeping busy filled a void that I didn’t even realize I had. I was too busy to notice! I convinced myself that this was my calling- and yet I always felt tired, unfulfilled, bored, and at times resentful.
Connecting and working with others is my passion
Things changed a few years ago when I began to write after a ten year hiatus. I started to feel like myself again. I launched a website, crafted a blog, and became a certified empowered life coach – serving other women who felt disconnected from themselves, their dreams and their ideal life.
So in addition to my mom clients, I have focused my coaching practice on helping young women manage their stress and anxiety.
For the last 5 years I have felt passionate about helping young women who suffer from anxiety. I found it very easy to connect with my daughter and her friends when they were in high school and college.
Managing stress and mental health should be a priority!
Everyone experiences stress and anxiety to a certain degree in their lives. But it doesn’t have to be debilitating. I see it as my calling to help young women manage their anxiety and stress and learn to cope with the highs and lows of life.
Mental health is very important to pay attention to as girls and young women are maturing and forming their identities. I believe that empowering our girls with tools and skills early will serve them for a life time.
I have conducted workshops across the country, where I help participants identify their Core Desired Feelings- and ultimately empower them to design their ideal day, year and eventually life!
Currently I am in the process of writing a book, leading Empowerment workshops, and coaching my incredible clients. These experiences have taught me that when you have clarity and the right tools, not only are you able to manage anxiety better, you are able to make huge strides in achieving your life goals!
